Responsibilities

• Evaluate and select appropriate rigging techniques based on load requirements.
• Work closely with project managers to ensure timelines are met.
• Identify potential hazards and implement corrective measures.
• Conduct job briefings and safety meetings.
• Assist with troubleshooting and problem-solving during operations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for rigging operations.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in heavy construction or rigging

• Crane Operation
• Safety Compliance

Certifications

• First Aid Certification
• Crane Operator Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of hydraulics and electronics: Familiarity with hydraulic systems and electrical components of rigging equipment.
• Experience with GPS technologies for load tracking: Hands-on experience with load tracking technologies.
