Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and select appropriate rigging techniques based on load requirements.
  • Work closely with project managers to ensure timelines are met.
  • Identify potential hazards and implement corrective measures.
  • Conduct job briefings and safety meetings.
  • Assist with troubleshooting and problem-solving during operations.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for rigging operations.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in heavy construction or rigging
