Job Description

We are looking for skilled Plasterers and Stucco Masons to join our dedicated team. In this role, you'll apply decorative and protective stucco finishes, playing a crucial part in enhancing the aesthetics and durability of buildings. Your experience in stucco application will be vital in ensuring that we meet the high standards our clients expect.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and clean surfaces meticulously to promote adhesion.
• Accurately mix and apply stucco materials while maintaining quality standards.
• Implement various decorative techniques to enhance the visual appeal of stucco finishes.
• Perform maintenance and repair work on existing stucco applications.
• Follow all safety regulations and best practices to ensure a safe working environment.
• Support project management in completing tasks efficiently and on time.
• Communicate clearly with clients, ensuring all requirements are understood and met.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or GED
• Completion of a masonry apprenticeship is a strong plus

Experience

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in stucco and masonry work.
