Job Description

Join our team as the Youth Ministry Director, where you will lead and enhance our youth ministry program, providing important spiritual guidance and creating a supportive environment for personal growth and faith development.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute innovative programs to attract and engage youth.
  • Foster a safe and nurturing space for youth to explore their faith.
  • Gather feedback from youth participants to continually improve programs.
  • Liaise with community organizations for collaborative youth programs.
  • Conduct youth leadership training sessions.
  • Develop a communication strategy to keep parents informed.
  • Implement safety standards and protocols for youth activities.
  • Monitor and evaluate youth progress and program effectiveness.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field, such as social work or educational leadership
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years in youth ministry or related youth development field
