Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Fundraiser to join our development team. As a Fundraiser, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating relationships with donors, researching funding opportunities, and creating compelling proposals that align with our mission.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach efforts to engage potential donors and funding organizations.
• Draft targeted proposals and applications tailored to the specific funder’s interests.
• Develop relationships with grantors and maintain positive communication.
• Assist in coordinating site visits with funders to showcase our programs.
• Track and analyze fundraising metrics to report on success rates.
• Engage in networking activities to identify new prospects and partnerships.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Fundraising
• Master's degree in a relevant field is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in fundraising, grant writing, or nonprofit development

Technical Skills

• Fundraising Strategies
• Budgeting and Financial Analysis

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Certification in Fundraising Management (CFRE): Certified Fund Raising Executive credential is a plus.
