Job Description

As a Trip Motor Operator, you'll operate vehicles to transport guests on thrilling tours across New York City, ensuring safety protocols are followed and providing information that enhances passenger experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging tours while providing informative commentary to enhance passenger experience.
• Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety protocols are met.
• Coordinate with support staff to ensure smooth operations throughout the tour.
• Foster a positive and inviting atmosphere for all passengers.
• Keep up-to-date with traffic regulations and route conditions, adjusting plans as necessary.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in customer service or tourism preferred

Technical Skills

• Vehicle Maintenance

Certifications

• Valid Driver's License (CDL with passenger endorsement)
• First Aid and CPR Certification
