Job Description

As a Cake Maker at Sweet Creations Bakery, you will be responsible for crafting a variety of beautifully decorated cakes and baked goods for different events. Your creativity and attention to detail will be crucial in producing high-quality cakes that satisfy our clients' unique preferences.

Responsibilities

• Design custom cakes for weddings, birthdays, and other special occasions.
• Oversee the preparation and presentation of desserts.
• Ensure that all cakes meet quality and safety regulations.
• Use advanced techniques such as fondant work and sugar flowers.
• Assist in training junior bakers and kitchen staff.
• Analyze customer feedback to enhance the quality of our products.
• Participate in promotional events to showcase our cakes.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certification in Baking and Pastry Arts is a plus

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in a bakery setting, specifically cake decorating.
