Job Description

We are on the lookout for a dedicated Sales Representative to join our Recreation team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing effective sales strategies, identifying new clients, and nurturing relationships with existing customers, all while promoting our exciting range of recreational products.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a robust customer portfolio while achieving set sales goals.
  • Conduct market research to anticipate client needs and align product offerings.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions and follow up effectively.
  • Engage in continuous learning about recreational products and services to deliver expert advice.
  • Assist in developing marketing initiatives aimed at increasing brand awareness.
  • Monitor competitor activities and identify potential market opportunities.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer interactions and preferences.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations during sales transactions.
  • Develop training materials for junior sales staff to enhance team performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
Experience
  • Proven sales experience in the recreational industry is a plus
