Job Description

The Laundry Routeman position involves collecting and delivering laundry items efficiently across designated routes. We seek a reliable, punctual individual with excellent customer service skills to ensure satisfaction for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Execute timely pick-ups and deliveries of laundry items.
• Utilize GPS navigation tools and delivery tracking software.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding delivery times and schedules.
• Assist in maintaining an organized inventory of laundry items.
• Document cash transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks.
• Report delivery issues and provide feedback for service improvement.
• Support the operations team with any additional tasks as needed.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in delivery or customer service roles preferred
