Responsibilities

• Navigate the yacht through diverse waterways, ensuring maximum safety.
• Provide leadership and support to the yacht crew to enhance performance.
• Foster a positive atmosphere for clients, focusing on high-quality service delivery.
• Manage crew schedules and overall logistics for yacht operations.
• Involve in procurement and inventory management for yacht supplies.
• Assess weather reports and plan appropriately for all excursions.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks to ensure all equipment is operational.
• Build strong relationships with clients and ensure repeat business through exceptional service.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marine Sciences or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of service as a professional Yacht Captain.
