Job Description

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead surgical teams during procedures.
• Document surgical procedures and patient progress in medical records.
• Participate in departmental meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mentor junior surgeons and medical students.
• Ensure compliance with all clinical and ethical standards during patient care.

Requirements

Education

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
• Completion of a residency in Surgery
• Fellowship training in Pediatric Surgery

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in pediatric surgical practice.
