Job Description

As a Seat Installer, you will be integral to our automotive services team, responsible for installing and repairing seats in a variety of vehicles, including cars and boats. Your role is crucial in ensuring quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and installation of specialized seating solutions.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks on tools and equipment.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies.
• Support other team members as directed by management.
• Provide feedback on installation processes to improve efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Post-secondary education in automotive technology is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in automotive equipment installation or repair

Technical Skills

• Upholstery Repair Skills
• Electrical Wiring Knowledge

Certifications

• Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Training

Languages

• English: Fluent
