Riveter

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Riveter to join our team. The Riveter will be responsible for assembling and fastening metal components using rivets, ensuring high quality and adherence to specifications. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and safely in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate riveting machines according to specifications.
• Inspect finished assemblies for compliance with quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions as necessary.
• Work alongside engineering teams to improve assembly processes.
• Document production processes and maintain logs of work completed.

Requirements

Education

• Certification in a related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a relevant manufacturing environment

Technical Skills

• Advanced riveting techniques

Soft Skills

• Critical thinking

Certifications

• OSHA Safety Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with aerospace or automotive riveting: Experience in specialized industries where precision riveting is crucial.
