Job Description

As a Mixing and Blending Machine Setter, you will play a key role in the production of effective insecticides by adjusting and operating machinery. Your expertise in chemical formulations will contribute to the development of safe and reliable products.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all stages of the blending process, from ingredient preparation to batching.
• Review production schedules and coordinate with other departments to meet deadlines.
• Ensure all materials are sourced and available for production.
• Perform regular inspections and maintenance on blending machinery.
• Analyze production reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Implement new technologies to enhance blending processes and product quality.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in a relevant field is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in mixing and blending operations or chemical manufacturing
