Job Description

We are seeking Production Workers for our brush manufacturing team. As a key member of our production line, you will operate automated machinery to assemble various brush types. Attention to detail and adherence to quality standards are critical for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate brushes using various materials and tools following company guidelines.
• Operate automatic and manual machinery to assemble brush components.
• Inspect and test finished brushes to ensure they meet quality specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal functioning.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve production processes and enhance efficiency.
• Adhere to strict safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area.
• Follow production schedules to meet daily and weekly targets.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in a related field preferred

Technical Skills

• Utility in brush making processes

• English: Fluent

• Familiarity with safety protocols: Knowledge of safety standards and practices in a manufacturing environment.
