Job Description

A broach grinder is responsible for operating and maintaining broach grinding machines to produce high-quality broaches used in various industries. This role demands precision, technical skill, and a keen eye for detail to ensure the finished products meet rigorous quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of broach grinding machines with a focus on efficiency.
• Ensure all safety protocols are adhered to by all team members.
• Perform detailed inspections and adjustments on machines regularly.
• Assist in troubleshooting mechanical issues that arise during production.
• Stay updated on new machining technologies and techniques to improve quality.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical diploma preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years in a machining or manufacturing environment with broach grinding experience.
