Job Description

As a Spinning Supervisor, you will oversee the spinning operations in our manufacturing facility, ensuring efficient production processes and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the production cycle. You will be responsible for managing a team of spinning machine operators and implementing best practices for operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of spinning operators in daily operations to meet production targets.
• Conduct regular quality checks on products being produced.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Develop training programs for new employees and existing staff.
• Optimize production schedules to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Maintain detailed records of production activities and inventory usage.
• Assist with equipment maintenance and ensure machines are in proper working order.
• Foster a positive team environment focused on collaboration and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in manufacturing processes or relevant training highly desirable

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in spinning operations, with proven supervisory experience.
