Job Description

As a Pile Driver Engineer, you will be operating and maintaining pile driving equipment critical for construction projects. You will work with the construction team to ensure safety and precision in driving pilings, while also handling equipment maintenance and performance monitoring.

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate a range of pile driving equipment and tools.
  • Maintain high standards of safety and quality control.
  • Document each project phase to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Engage with project stakeholders to relay updates and concerns.
  • Carry out equipment inspections and implement necessary repairs.
  • Contribute to project planning discussions, providing input on logistics.
  • Maintain a clean and organized worksite.
  • Assist in the training of new employees on equipment operation.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills.
  • Evaluate and adapt methods based on site conditions and project requirements.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certification in Heavy Equipment Operation is advantageous
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in large-scale construction projects
Technical Skills
  • Hydraulic Systems Knowledge

Languages

Advantageous

  • Additional Heavy Machinery Certifications: Preferred certification in operating multiple types of heavy machinery.
