Responsibilities

• Efficiently pick and pack berries while ensuring quality control.
• Monitor the ripeness and quality of the berries harvested.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss goals and strategies.
• Perform regular checks on the harvest equipment for proper function.
• Support fellow team members to achieve collective harvesting goals.
• Provide feedback to management on potential improvements in workflows.
• Assist in post-harvest processing as needed.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in agricultural environments is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of berry varieties
• Basic math skills

Languages
