We are seeking a detail-oriented Surgical Technologist who will play a crucial role in assisting our surgical team during operations. The ideal candidate should be skilled in maintaining sterile environments, supporting surgeons, and ensuring the highest standards of patient care.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surgical instruments and ensure they are sterile.
• Assist in positioning patients for procedures.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the surgical team.
• Provide confident communication and support to patients pre- and post-surgery.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to enhance patient care.
• Assist in maintaining an orderly and efficient surgical environment.
• Stay updated on new surgical techniques and equipment use.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives in the surgical department.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an accredited surgical technology program

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in surgical technology

• Surgical Instruments Knowledge
• Anesthesia Equipment Proficiency

Certifications

• Advanced Certification in Surgical Technology (optional)

Languages

• English: Fluent
