Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Physical Therapist to join our team in Charlotte, NC. In this role, you will assess and treat patients with mobility and rehabilitation needs, developing tailored plans to enhance their physical performance and recovery. Your expertise will be integral in fostering patient relationships and promoting their independence.

Responsibilities

  • Assess and document patients' treatment responses and outcomes.
  • Educate patients on injury prevention and self-management strategies.
  • Work closely with physicians and other therapists to coordinate care.
  • Promote a positive and supportive environment for patients.
  • Supervise and mentor physical therapy assistants and students.
  • Implement evidence-based practices in treatment protocols.

Requirements

Education
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
Experience
  • Experience in outpatient rehabilitation preferred
