Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Industrial Engineer to join our dynamic team in Indianapolis. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of engineering principles and will be responsible for optimizing production processes, enhancing workflow efficiency, and ensuring product quality.

Responsibilities

  • Implement process controls to ensure product quality and operational efficiency.
  • Collect and analyze data to drive decision-making.
  • Work closely with project managers on engineering projects.
  • Assist in developing cost-saving initiatives.
  • Review and assess equipment performance and maintenance schedules.
  • Contribute to the development of budget proposals for engineering projects.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering
  • Master's degree in a related field preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment

Certifications
  • Lean Manufacturing Certification
  • Certified Six Sigma Black Belt is a plus
