Job Description

As an Aluminum Molder at Top Metal Fabrications Corp., you will be integral in producing high-quality aluminum components to meet client specifications. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in aluminum melting, pouring, and finishing processes.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate molding machines for aluminum casting.
• Monitor melting and pouring processes to ensure proper temperatures are maintained.
• Rework defective castings by grinding and polishing as necessary.
• Adhere to safety standards and maintain a clean work environment.
• Train new employees on aluminum molding techniques.
• Assist in the development of new molding processes and techniques.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical training in metalworking or related field is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in metal fabrication, especially with aluminum

Technical Skills

• Metal fabrication techniques
• Quality control processes

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Communication skills

Languages

• English: Fluent
