• Serve as the main point of contact for all volunteer inquiries.
• Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for all volunteers.
• Develop partnerships with local organizations to support volunteer initiatives.
• Monitor volunteer performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure all volunteers adhere to organizational policies and guidelines.
• Lead training sessions that focus on team-building and leadership skills.
• Assist in developing promotional materials to attract volunteers.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in a relevant field is a plus

• 5 years or more in volunteer or program management
