Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Oven Operator to join our dynamic team. The responsibility of this role is to operate and maintain industrial ovens to ensure proper baking and heating processes in accordance with safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
Supervise the baking process to ensure adherence to recipes and quality standards.
Conduct routine maintenance checks and troubleshoot any issues with oven operation.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and cleanliness in work areas.
Coordinate with the quality assurance team to meet product specification requirements.
Train new employees on oven operation and safety protocols.
Implement process improvements to enhance baking efficiency and product quality.
Maintain accurate logs of oven operations and report any discrepancies.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
2-4 years of experience in food production or a similar manufacturing position
Technical Skills

Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues
