Job Description

As the Hydrochloric Area Supervisor, you will oversee the operations and maintenance of the hydrochloric area in our chemical manufacturing plant. Your role will focus on ensuring compliance with safety regulations, managing a team of skilled technicians, and optimizing production processes to enhance productivity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the hydrochloric area.
• Ensure that all equipment is operating efficiently and safely.
• Coordinate with quality assurance for product standards.
• Participate in safety meetings and training sessions.
• Compile reports on production and operational issues for management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or applicable field
• Professional certifications (e.g. Six Sigma) are preferred

Experience

• 7 years of hands-on experience in chemical plant operations
