Job Description

As a Machine Precision Etcher, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, operating precision etching machines to create detailed and intricate designs on metals and other materials. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and consistency of the etching process, adhering to specifications while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Setup machines and administer etching processes for various materials.
• Ensure quality control by inspecting materials pre- and post-etching.
• Work closely with production teams to meet tight deadlines.
• Document etching patterns and production changes accurately.
• Train junior staff on machine operation and safety standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance etching efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Technical certification in Precision Etching or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
