Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Grinding, Lapping, Polishing, and Buffing Machine Operators to join our team. In this role, you'll be operating and maintaining machinery to ensure the highest quality finishes on our metal products. Ideal candidates will bring a strong work ethic and a focus on quality and precision.

Responsibilities

• Manage the setup of machines for grinding, lapping, polishing, and buffing processes.
• Continuously monitor and adjust machine settings to maintain product quality.
• Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and protocols.
• Record production data and report any discrepancies to supervisors.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the finishing department.
• Assist in training junior operators and new hires.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in relevant roles preferred

Technical Skills

• CNC Machining
• Metal Finishing Techniques

Soft Skills

• Communication

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Certifications in Machinery Operation: Relevant certifications can set you apart from other candidates.
• Advanced Blueprint Skills: Ability to interpret complex technical drawings is advantageous.
