Hotel Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee all aspects of hotel operations in Atlanta. The successful candidate will lead the team in delivering outstanding guest experiences while maximizing profitability and maintaining operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage hiring, training, and ongoing development of hotel staff.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Coordinate maintenance and renovations of hotel facilities.
• Prepare and manage the annual budget and report on performance to upper management.
• Work closely with marketing to promote the hotel and its amenities effectively.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's in Hospitality Management is highly preferred

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in the hospitality industry with at least 3 years in a management role
