Responsibilities

• Create, test, and modify molds for production purposes.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to assure mold quality.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to mold functionality.
• Ensure the workplace remains organized and compliant with safety regulations.
• Utilize CAD software to assist in mold design.
• Keep abreast of new technologies in mold making.
• Train new employees on mold-making techniques.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Vocational training in related fields preferred

Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in rubber mold making.

Technical Skills

• CNC operation
• Mold repairs

• Problem-solving

Certifications

• CNC Programming Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
