Job Description

Join our team as a Disintegrator Operator, where you will operate and manage machinery for confidential document destruction. You'll ensure compliance with all operational and safety procedures, record machine operations, and maintain equipment. Your role is crucial in upholding the integrity of our waste management process.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate machinery to destroy sensitive documents.
• Monitor the machine’s performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Ensure that all safety and environmental policies are adhered to.
• Document and archive maintenance and operational logs.
• Assist in waste sorting and management.
• Provide feedback on machine operation to improve efficiency.
• Participate in ongoing safety training and skill development.
• Support other team members in fulfilling operational tasks.
• Handle materials and waste products appropriately.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in operating heavy machinery is an advantage.
