Responsibilities

• Set up and operate sewing machines for various fabric types.
• Verify the accuracy of cutting and sewing operations.
• Provide support to the design team in garment alterations.
• Perform regular equipment inspections and maintenance.
• Document production counts and material usage.
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to meet product standards.
• Continuously improve sewing techniques for efficiency.
• Maintain an organized workspace to enhance productivity.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the apparel industry.

Technical Skills

• Industrial sewing techniques
• Pattern reading

Languages
