Job Description

We are searching for skilled Woodworking Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidates will have a strong mechanical aptitude and experience in operating woodworking machinery.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality checks throughout the production process.
• Assist in the design and modifications of woodworking equipment.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss workflow improvements.
• Support other departments as needed during busy production times.

Requirements

Education

• Trade school certificate in woodworking or a related field

Experience

• 3 to 5 years of experience operating woodworking machines

Technical Skills

• Lathe operation
• Machinery maintenance

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Trade certifications: Additional trade certifications related to woodworking.
• Previous supervisory experience: Experience in leading a team in a woodworking environment.
