Job Description

We are in search of a dedicated Steel Post Installer to join our dynamic team. The primary responsibility of this position is to install steel posts in compliance with project specifications, ensuring the structural integrity and stability of our projects. Candidates should possess a strong understanding of installation techniques and industry standards. We're looking for someone who can operate machinery, evaluate soil conditions, and maintain a safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Install steel posts according to construction plans and specifications.
• Work with the Construction Manager to determine post placement and alignment.
• Operate necessary machinery and tools for post installation.
• Fabricate and assemble steel components as required.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and regulations.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Conduct regular inspections of installed posts and perform necessary repairs or adjustments.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in construction work, steel post installation a plus

Technical Skills

• Construction Safety Regulations
• Reading Project Plans

Soft Skills

• Adaptability

Certifications

• OSHA Safety Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Previous Experience with Steel Components: Hands-on experience working with different types of steel components.
• Heavy Equipment Operation: Experience operating other heavy equipment beyond basics.
