Printing Press Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Printing Press Operator to oversee the printing process from start to finish. You will ensure high-quality outputs and collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.

Responsibilities

• Set up printing machines as per the job specifications.
• Continuously monitor production quality and adjust as needed.
• Assist in performing preventative maintenance on printing equipment.
• Respond quickly to production delays and implement solutions to keep operations on track.
• Work with cross-functional teams to improve the printing process.
• Participate in safety and efficiency training sessions as required.
• Maintain accurate production logs and report on performance metrics.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in Printing Technology is a plus

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in a high-volume printing environment

Technical Skills

• Understanding of color theory
• Quality assurance in printing

Soft Skills

• Time management
• Teamwork

Languages

• English: Fluent
