Job Description
The Mechanical Supervisor oversees and coordinates mechanical operations, ensuring safe and efficient use of equipment and systems. This role is crucial for maintaining high performance standards and supporting the development of staff.
Responsibilities
Lead a team of technicians in mechanical repairs and maintenance.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols while performing repairs.
Conduct training sessions for staff on new mechanical technologies.
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate operational needs.
Oversee the efficient operation of all mechanical systems.
Prepare and submit maintenance reports to management.
Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives in mechanical operations.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
Master's degree is a plus

5+ years in supervising mechanical operations
