Job Description

Join our team as a Structural Mill Supervisor where you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the steel mill. Your leadership will drive performance, safety, and quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise production activities and maintain work schedules.
  • Lead training initiatives to advance skills and knowledge of team members.
  • Evaluate performance metrics and suggest areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present reports to upper management regarding production efficiency.
  • Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure optimal machinery function.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations in production processes.
  • Facilitate team meetings to maintain open communication.
  • Implement cost-saving measures and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in steel production, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
