Job Description

As a Slaker, you will manage and optimize slaking operations in our manufacturing facility. Your expertise in slaking processes will be essential for ensuring efficient production.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise slaking equipment and ensure optimal operation at all times
  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment and troubleshoot issues proactively
  • Evaluate operational data to identify trends and areas for process improvement
  • Collaborate with maintenance teams for timely equipment repairs and upgrades
  • Assist with the development of training materials for new operators
  • Facilitate safety training sessions for team members
  • Document production processes and maintain accurate records
  • Enforce adherence to safety protocols and company policies in all operations

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
  • Professional certifications in slaking processes or related areas (preferred)
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in slaking operations or related manufacturing roles
