Your contributions will drive enhancements in our claims processing procedures and ultimately improve our service delivery to clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough reviews of all types of content related to insurance claims and policies.
• Collaborate with content creators to refine content based on constructive feedback.
• Monitor industry trends and updates to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive library of reviewed content for reference.
• Facilitate workshops or training sessions to share knowledge on content assessment.
• Act as a liaison between the editorial team and other departments to improve content-related workflows.
• Utilize content management systems to track and manage review cycles.
• Implement best practices in proofing and editing to maintain high quality in all deliverables.
• Engage in regular quality checks to ensure consistency across various content platforms.
• Provide mentorship to junior reviewers to foster skill development within the team.

Requirements

Education

• Advanced degree or relevant certification in Editing or Content Management

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the insurance industry
