Job Description

Join our team as a Bookkeeper, where your financial expertise will contribute to our clients' success. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in bookkeeping, proficiency in accounting software, and a keen eye for detail. You will be tasked with managing accounts receivable and payable, reconciling bank statements, and preparing financial reports.

Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate records.
  • Assist with payroll processing and tax preparation.
  • Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
  • Monitor and report on financial performance and budgets.
  • Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Associates degree may be accepted with experience
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
