Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Dye-Reel Operator to oversee the dyeing process in our manufacturing plant. The role demands technical skills, teamwork, and a dedication to upholding our quality benchmarks.

Responsibilities

• Setup and run dyeing machines for various fabric types
• Conduct pre-dyeing inspections to ensure material quality
• Manage the dye application process to achieve desired colors
• Document production output and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate with quality control to rectify dye discrepancies
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production efficiency
• Keep the dyeing area clean and organized for safety
• Adhere to environmental practices for dye waste disposal

Requirements

Education

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Technical training in textile dyeing is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in dyeing operations

Technical Skills

• Dye Mixing Techniques

Certifications

Languages

• English: Fluent
