Industrial Truck and Tractor Operator

Job Description

The Industrial Truck and Tractor Operator will play a key role in ensuring the effective movement of materials and equipment around construction and logistics sites. This position requires strong operational skills and a focus on safety.

Responsibilities

• Run daily safety meetings and ensure all team members are informed about risks.
• Assist in the loading and unloading of heavy materials besides operating the straddle buggy.
• Monitor and manage the transport of sensitive materials with caution.
• Participate in ongoing training and development in equipment operation and safety.
• Work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 3+ years of experience operating industrial equipment in construction settings

Technical Skills

• Heavy Equipment Maintenance

Certifications

• OSHA Safety Training
• Heavy Equipment Operator Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
