Job Description

We are seeking a Structural Engineer to join our growing team in New Orleans. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, analyzing, and maintaining structures while ensuring compliance with industry standards. You'll work on a variety of projects, collaborating closely with architects and construction teams to create safe and efficient structures.

Responsibilities

  • Design, analyze, and implement structures using advanced software tools.
  • Work with project managers to align project goals.
  • Conduct field inspections to assess project site conditions.
  • Assess and mitigate risks related to structural design.
  • Prepare detailed calculations and reports for structural analysis.
  • Liaise with contractors and construction teams during the build phase.
  • Develop innovative solutions to complex engineering problems.
  • Implement best practices in sustainable design.
  • Coordinate with other engineering disciplines for integrated project development.
  • Ensure project delivery within budget and schedule constraints.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Structural Engineering is preferable
