Job Description

As a Mechanical Drafter, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of technical drawings and plans for various projects. Collaborating closely with engineers and architects, you will ensure accuracy and adherence to industry standards while utilizing advanced CAD software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine product designs into accurate technical drawings.
• Ensure designs are complete and accurate, meeting project deadlines.
• Use CAD software to create and modify engineering drawings.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams on design integration.
• Feasibility analysis of product designs for manufacturability.
• Implement best practices for drawing standards and quality assurance.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for design-related inquiries.
• Stay updated on industry standards and advancements in CAD technologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in mechanical drafting and design

Technical Skills

• Inventor
• Microsoft Excel

• Adaptability

Certifications

• Certified SolidWorks Associate (CSWA)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with project management.: Background in leading projects or coordinating teams for design execution.
