Job Description

Seeking an experienced Research Scientist to lead innovative projects in our Biotech division. You'll leverage your expertise in molecular biology and data analysis to contribute to groundbreaking advancements in pharmaceuticals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-throughput screening of compounds for biological activity.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss project metrics and updates.
• Design and implement experiments to test hypotheses related to drug efficacy.
• Collaborate with external partners on research initiatives.
• Train and mentor junior scientists and interns in laboratory techniques.

Requirements

Education

• PhD in a scientific field (Molecular Biology, Pharmacology, etc.)

Experience

• A minimum of 4 years' experience in biotechnology or pharmaceutical research.
