Join our operations team as a Baler Operator, where your skills in operating baler equipment will directly impact our recycling initiatives. You will be responsible for overseeing production schedules, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and training new staff.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust baler equipment according to specifications.
• Prepare production reports and summarize daily activities.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Assist in developing waste reduction strategies.
• Participate in regular safety meetings and training.
• Communicate effectively with team members about process improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Post-secondary education in a related field is preferred

Experience

• Prior experience with heavy machinery is an asset.
