Responsibilities
Set up blending machines and prepare raw materials for processing.
Conduct regular maintenance on blending equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Monitor blending processes for adherence to safety and quality standards.
Document production and blending processes for compliance audits.
Assist in training new team members on blending operations.
Implement improvements to enhance blending efficiency and quality.
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
1-3 years of experience in a blending or manufacturing role is preferred.
