Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of new chemical processes.
• Evaluate and recommend improvements in current operations.
• Conduct safety audits and ensure adherence to regulations.
• Communicate technical information effectively to a diverse audience.
• Utilize modeling and simulation software for process optimization.
• Participate in the training of staff on new technologies.
• Manage projects from conception through to completion.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailor-made solutions.
• Analyze market trends to inform process development.
• Promote sustainability initiatives within engineering practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent
• Master's degree in a related field is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in chemical process design or related roles
