Job Description

As an Electrical Engineer in Phoenix, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing electrical systems. You'll work closely with a team of professionals to implement innovative solutions that meet industry standards and client specifications. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of electrical principles, and a passion for problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of electrical systems in new projects.
  • Manage multiple projects while ensuring adherence to deadlines and budget constraints.
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical support across teams.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations on project progress to stakeholders.
  • Evaluate existing systems and propose upgrades or improvements.
  • Document and report on project outcomes and lessons learned.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering is a plus
