Job Description

The Support Technician is responsible for delivering top-notch technical assistance and support to end-users. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of both hardware and software systems, along with a commitment to resolving issues efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Address customer inquiries and resolve their technical issues promptly.
  • Escalate complex problems to the IT management team as necessary.
  • Organize and manage hardware and software deployment projects.
  • Contribute to the development of user training materials.
  • Mentor junior technicians and assist in their training.
  • Ensure compliance with IT service management best practices.
  • Analyze recurring issues to identify areas for process improvement.
  • Monitor the performance of systems and report any discrepancies.
  • Facilitate user feedback sessions for continuous improvement.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical support position
