Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Industrial Engineer to join our team in Atlanta. This role involves analyzing and optimizing manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data analysis to support engineering initiatives.
• Track project progress and adjust plans as necessary.
• Assist with the development of training programs for staff.
• Identify and mitigate potential project risks.
• Create and maintain documentation for engineering processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in Industrial Management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a related role with a focus on process improvement
